1. Our Services
CineSkye Visuals provides aerial drone photography and videography services, including real estate and Airbnb flyovers, event coverage, land and property overviews, FPV tours, and personalized aerial media, across Maine. Specific deliverables, pricing, and turnaround times for each package are listed on our Services & Pricing page and may be adjusted for a given property or event based on size, location, and complexity.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once a package and flight date are agreed upon. A deposit may be required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of your final photos or video, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Weather & Rescheduling
Wind, rain, or poor light can make safe or usable flight impossible. If a scheduled flight needs to be rescheduled for weather, we'll work with you to find a new date at no additional charge.
4. Cancellations
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel a booking, please let us know as early as possible so we can release the time slot. Cancellations made with reasonable notice ahead of the scheduled flight will not be charged; late cancellations may forfeit some or all of a deposit already paid, to cover the reserved flight time.
5. Flight Operations & Airspace
All flights are conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, in compliance with FAA airspace regulations. Some locations, altitudes, or shots may not be legally or safely possible depending on airspace restrictions, proximity to airports, or other regulatory limits — our pilot makes the final call on what can be safely and legally flown. As a Part 107 pilot, we don't mark, measure, or certify legal property boundaries; a licensed surveyor is needed for that.
6. Delivery
Finished photos and video are delivered through a private Google Drive folder, in full resolution, without watermarks. Delivered files don't expire on our end, but we recommend downloading and backing up your own copies.
7. Usage Rights
Once delivered, you're free to use your photos and video for your own marketing, listings, and personal use. CineSkye Visualsretains ownership of the underlying footage and may use it in our own portfolio, website, and marketing — if you'd prefer we not showcase a particular shoot, just let us know and we'll respect that.
8. Liability
We do everything we can to capture great footage, but we can't guarantee a specific shot, angle, or outcome — weather, wildlife, technical issues, or airspace restrictions can all affect a flight. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for that service. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from our services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
